Vital components in a third shift schedule:
-Realize that you go into work one day and don't get off until the next. (Very easy to lose track of what day it is)
-Meal Schedule: Breakfast 8p.m. Lunch 3a.m. Dinner 10a.m.
-Sleeping is simply convincing yourself that an 7 hour daytime nap is ok.
-Large fleece blanket+clothespins+window=dark, cozy room.
-To time out caffeine effects just right, drink coffee around 5a.m., not during the 8a.m. drive to 4 hour stay at school.
-Stay calm and composed when you're leaving work at 7:30a.m. and the people that are just arriving incessantly complain about being SO tired after enduring a full NIGHTS rest.
