breaking out

It's early October today. Have you been outside? I just returned from running and I'm sweating. I haven't ran outside and sweat in months. On top of that, I'm wearing a teeshirt. If you're not familiar with my winter dressing habits, I don't usually leave the house with less than two long sleeved shirts on- I'm wearing a teeshirt.
I was out of the church doors by 12:07p.m. today because I couldn't be inside any longer; there was no chance I was going to spend half my afternoon eating lunch out. There is not a cloud in the sky, a slight breeze is blowing, birds are chirping, kids are playing kickball down the street and it's almost 60 degrees. Beautiful. Go outside.
By the way, my new running shoes are ridiculously sweet.
I'm going back outside with Levi...GO OUTSIDE!
